TRICIA BASSINGTHWAIGHTE, center director, pre-K
I am married and have two grown children. I have worked in Early Childhood since 1979. I have an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood from Butler Community College. Caring for children is my passion and gift from God.

PAM FORD, lead teacher, nursery
I have one 16-year-old daughter and have worked in the medical field as a certified nurse aide and medical aide for 25 years. For the past five years, I've worked as a pool monitor and lifeguard.
My classroom philosophy is to spread love with everything you do. I absolutely love my job and know I am loved here too.

LYNN WARNER, 2 1/2-4 year olds
I live in Augusta and am married with two grown children. I was a stay-at-home mom, then worked at Garfield in early childhood for 12 years.
My classroom philosophy is playing is learning. We will play, learn and grow together. What I love most about my classroom is whom I share it with!

AMY CORNELISON, school-aged children
I am a full-time student at Butler Community College, studying Music Education, Psychology and German. I have worked with children previously as a babysitter, with Educare and with my church.
I believe that it is important to let children's creativity be a dominant component in their development. Having discussions with children should be the first step before saying "no" and forbidding them from expressing themselves.

JOANN WALLACE, chef/center aide
I am a retired banker with time on my hands. I love to cook and to give the children lots of love and hugs. I am a member of First Christian Church, an Elder and a member of the NGCLC Steering Committee.
